A trip to the beach in Agadir
Volunteers arrive in Marrakech, where they spend the night before being taken over the spectacular Tizi N’ Test pass, which cuts right through the heart of the Atlas. It is an incredible way to arrive in the country.
Three guided visits organized by GMH are set up for all volunteers during their stay. The first is to Agadir, the nearby beach resort, and biggest town in the South of the country. The second is to Tioute, a mountain village with a rather grand Kasbah, and the third to Afen Sou, which offers grand views of the surrounding country.
In addition, there is a long trip at the end of the project for all volunteers, giving volunteers the chance to discover the Sahara desert or Mount Toubkhal.
